In todays Newsday Mr. Giarratano states that his Taxes went up 8% .One of his family members had not received a raise for 2 1/2 years. Most people who work would love to receive even a 4-5 % increase each year which would keep them slightly ahead of inflation. Since Real Estate values have gone down most people don`t know that they need our services more than ever. I wish him luck.
