Those Taxpayers who own homes need to check their assessment in both places. Checking County Rates is easy since they have their tax rolls posted on their internet web site. If you live in a City or Village you need to check that as well.
If you signed up with a company you should always keep a copy or contact them before signing since you want to be comfortable about what they will do, what data they will use and how to contact them if you have any questions.
