Look over the tax information on our web site. You can go to some public sites such as the Multiple Listing Service www.MLSLI.COM, to get some basic information about sales in your neighborhood. You can also visit the tax roll section link to Nassau County on our web site.
If you live in areas affected by Hurricane Sandy such as Long Beach, Village of Island park, Villages of East Rockaway, Freeport, Valley Stream, and parts of Rockville Centre near Hempstead Lake or south of Merrick Road your values have been affected.
If you live in these areas you should consider filing to reduce your assessed values.
