Reduce My NY Property Taxes
01

A simple way to see if you are over-assessed is this. Look up your Assessed Value on

www.my nassauproperties.gov. This is where you can enter your address or Section Block and Lot to look up your School Taxes.

Multiply this Assessed Value number by 615 and this gives you your Taxable Assessed Value in our opinion. We use this number to evaluate if the property is over-assessed.

So a home with an ASSESSED VALUE OF 1,000 WOULD HAVE A TAXABLE ASSESSED VALUE OF$615,000. We do not use the FMV method.

Also on our Tax Roll Page we have hosted many Village and City Tax Rolls.

We have a spreadsheet which shows what we believe School Taxes should be based on Market Value, Purchase price or RECENT SALES & APPRAISALS. This spreadsheet is sorted by the different Towns. You can also use our Contact US Tab on our WEB PAGE.
